Getting Ready

It has been a month since Jim mentioned Fiji. We found out on Tuesday November 4 that Jim was needed in Fiji to help Vodaphone. Next day he was on the phone to Carlson Wagon Lit the travel agents for the business people. He spent 2 hours on the phone with the travel agent to get the right flights for the right price.
As it stands we leave for Vancouver on Air Canada at 7:30 Thursday November 20th. We arrive at 9:50 Vancouver time.  From there we board Air Alaska at 2 pm and arrive in Los Angeles at 4:50 pm.
We have a 4 and a half hour wait in LA until our flight at 9:30 to Nadi Fiji.
We haven't got much time to get ready and time is ticking. Needed to get a voltage convertor for all our electronics. Found one at The Source.
Getting ready for a long haul flight and staying somewhere for 2 weeks is something I have never done. I have been checking all the blogs on what to bring on the airplanes and to the hotel in Fiji.
